its not bad…. but.. not good either? I’m very strict when it comes to litrpgs after listening to over 30 of them. some try too hard and some feel like its written by 14 year olds, sloppily.
For this book, the author tried to make a normal guy whos playing a game, no special skills or op accidents that make him a god. Just a normal guy and he occasionally reminds you of that by making references to different books and series. BUT! its not as cringey as soulstone. So i forgave it.
Overall its not jam packed with adventure or mystery. Its just a guy going through normal gameplay and trying out new stuff. I would say this is a decent read 7/10

I would highly recommend this book. I have listened to quite a few litrpgs, and this one ranks towards the top. There aren’t any boring parts and there is a constant sense of wonder and discovery that kept me hooked. I can’t ask for much more from a litrpg book.

Intrsting start, and an abslote bore feast in the middle, i gave up when the MC DecidEd to be come a god damn farmEr half way. Too bad could have been a great book, had i not had to indure all that farming garbage.
